We are proud to announce the appointment of Harry J. Lubitz, CSI, CDT, RCI as the Architectural Sales Director. Since The company’s contractor and pro-business is growing at a rapid pace, a new position was created to help foster that growth. The new role of Architectural Sales Director is a critical role to better service the pro, construction and architectural business. Harry’s experience in corporate level sales and marketing management for North American and international manufactures, distributors and service providers will be a great advantage for our company.
Lubitz comes to UGL from Metal Roof Innovations where he held the position as Director of Architectural and National Accounts. He had a diverse career with Metal Roof Innovations, Reed Elsevier, Lafarge North America, Primesource Inc., Ginsey Industries Inc., and Domtar Gypsum Inc. Mr. Lubitz has proven expertise in all aspects of the sales and marketing management function including: product, concept, market development, product positioning, brand management, market analysis and strategy formulation, and architectural and specification selling.
Lubitz most recently held the position of director of architectural and national accounts at Metal Roof Innovations, LTD – S‑5!, Colorado Springs, CO. He holds an MBA from Regis University, Denver, Colorado and a BS from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
This new position is going to give our company further potential to grow our current market share in North America with new customers in the commercial, professional, and contractor channels. Harry will be stationed in Florida, developing this business on a national level. We are excited to have Harry Lubitz on board with us.
